These Guidelines set forth the rules for publishing content using the project publishing feature of “Kanau.app” (hereinafter, the “Service”) provided by Pentaprogram.

These Guidelines constitute Individual Provisions as set forth in Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the Terms of Service, and form a part of the Terms of Service. Matters not provided for in these Guidelines shall be governed by the Terms of Service.

About the Publishing Feature

The Service allows paid registered users to publish their projects as web pages. Published pages can be viewed by anyone outside the app. Unlike content kept within the app, published content is visible to the general public, so please follow the rules below.

Prohibited Content

Publishing content that falls under, or risks falling under, any of the following is prohibited:

  1. Content that violates laws or public order and morals;
  2. Content that infringes the copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties (please also see “About Reposted Images” below);
  3. Content containing obscene expressions, or excessively violent or cruel expressions;
  4. Content that leads to the sexual exploitation or abuse of children;
  5. Content that constitutes discrimination, defamation, harassment, or threats;
  6. Content containing the personal information of third parties (such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or facial photographs) without their consent;
  7. Content that introduces, or encourages the sale or purchase of, goods or services prohibited or restricted by law (such as illegal drugs, counterfeit brand goods, or weapons);
  8. Content containing links to malicious websites, such as phishing sites or malware distribution sites;
  9. Content that induces or encourages suicide, self-harm, or illegal acts;
  10. Content intended to solicit participation in pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing, or to solicit religious or political activity;
  11. Spamming (such as publishing primarily for advertising or affiliate marketing purposes, or mass publication of identical or similar content);
  12. Content containing false information or impersonating another person; or
  13. Any other content that Pentaprogram deems inappropriate.

About Reposted Images

Importing images from websites (such as product images) into your projects for your own viewing is not a problem. However, including such images in a published page as-is may infringe the copyright of the image’s rights holder.

In projects you publish, please use images that you have taken or created yourself, or images whose use is permitted by the rights holder (such as official promotional images provided by manufacturers).

Response to Violations

If Pentaprogram finds content that violates these Guidelines, Pentaprogram may, in accordance with Articles 7 and 9 of the Terms of Service and without prior notice, take measures such as making the content private, deleting it, suspending the use of the publishing feature, or restricting the use of the account.

If You Find Problematic Content

If you find content on a published page that violates these Guidelines, please let us know via the report form. We will review the content and take any necessary action.

Changes to These Guidelines

These Guidelines may be changed as necessary. The revised Guidelines shall take effect from the time they are posted on this page.
